^{1. John Deere Financial Customer Terms: Offer valid on qualifying purchases made 01 September 2026 to 19 March 2027. Offer limited to Multi-Use Account Agricultural customers with an available Special Terms limit. Subject to the Multi-Use Account credit agreement and approval. Fixed 0.0% interest from the date of purchase, which may be prior to delivery, until November 2027, when the entire transaction amount is due in full. Regular Multi-Use Account rates will apply after that date. Offer may be limited to qualifying products. $2,500 minimum purchase required. (DLL) CUSTOMER FINANCE TERMS: 0% interest rate available on qualified purchases made between September 1, 2026 and March 19, 2027 or 2.9% interest rate available on qualified purchases made between March 20, 2027 and August 31, 2027. Purchases must be made and submitted through DLL’s Dealer Online system. Interest will be assessed on these transactions from the date of purchase, which may be prior to delivery or receipt of merchandise. Customer Payment Terms: Due in full by November 24, 2027. ^{4. CFA Customer Finance Terms: Offer valid on qualifying purchases made 01 September 2026 to 19 March 2027. Fixed 0% APR from date of purchase until 30 November 2027, with Field Finance Rate plus 200 basis points to apply after that date until loan maturity.}

^{5. CFA Customer Finance Terms: Offer valid on qualifying purchases made 20 March 2027 to 31 August 2027. Fixed 2.90% APR from date of purchase until 30 November 2027, with Field Finance Rate plus 200 basis points to apply after that date until loan maturity. Interest Rate will begin on the date of purchase, which may be prior to product delivery. Financing subject to The Cooperative Finance Association, Inc. approval, terms and conditions. Grower Customer Due Date shall mean the date through which the offered Interest Rate is valid. Grower customer’s loan maturity date will align with their originating CFA dealer’s program. The Field Finance Rate is a variable interest rate that can be found www.cfafs.com/interest-rates/. Program is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Changes to, cancellation, of the Program will not impact previously posted transactions.}

^{A grower customer can participate in Prepay, John Deere Financing, DLL, and CFA programs BUT NOT ON THE SAME CROP PROTECTION PRODUCT / DOLLAR.}

^{Promotional transactions are subject to John Deere Financial and/or DLL and/or CFA approval and retailer participation.}

^{Bayer reserves the right not to pay any commission, incentive, rebate, refund, discount or other promotional payment on units of eligible products under this program where the sale is executed via an online electronic point of sale system unless approved by Bayer in writing.}

^{If a grower purchases Bayer products from a source other than Bayer (or Bayer authorized retailer) Bayer retains the option to prohibit participation of the grower under the terms of the program.}

^{Only products purchases from Bayer or another authorized entity and sold to growers are eligible for the program.}

^{Fraudulent reporting of sales information or documentation will be grounds for withholding or invalidating all program participation. Bayer reserves the right using Bayer auditors or an independent auditing firm to verify all claims for eligibility under the program, an in matter of discrepancy, reserves the right of final decision.}

^{ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW PESTICIDE LABEL DIRECTIONS.}

^{Stryax™ herbicide is a restricted use pesticide and must always be tank-mixed with a qualified volatility reduction adjuvant (VRA), such as a VaporGrip® Xtra Agent, and a drift reduction agent (DRA) as required on the product label. The user must check www.StryaxApplicationRequirements.com no more than 7 days before application of this product for additional labeling and any additional state-specific labeling.
