Adrian Percy Discusses Sustainability with 'Around the Triangle'

The global population is expected to reach 9 billion by 2050, and agricultural sustainability is at the forefront of challenges being tackled by Bayer CropScience’s brightest minds. Adrian Percy, head of global regulatory affairs (formerly vice president of development North America) for Bayer CropScience LP, recently spoke to “Around The Triangle’s” Steve Sedahl about the company’s commitment to developing a nutritious and abundant global food supply. In the segment, Percy stresses the need to increase agricultural productivity while protecting the environment and natural resources.
Percy spoke to Sedahl about the need for farming to advance in order to take advantage of available land and resources. He noted that Bayer CropScience has been a driver in propelling farming forward through the provision of new technology, stronger crops and ways to increase productivity to fulfill the needs of an exponentially growing population.
