Bayer CropScience Launches Second Annual #Thankful4Ag Campaign

The U.S. is the world’s largest exporter of agriculture products, shipping $140 billion in goods in 2013.  Yet, in the same year, 1 in 6 people in the U.S. still faced hunger issues. This Thanksgiving season, we’ve teamed up with Feeding America® to sponsor #Thankful4Ag, a social initiative that will help provide up to 200,000 meals to food-insecure families in America. From now through Dec. 19, people are invited to visit to create a “digital meal” showcasing their favorite classic holiday foods.  For each digital meal that is created and/or each share of #Thankful4Ag, we will donate $1 to Feeding America, which is equivalent to 10 meals secured for partner food banks.

Kristin’s post, Hunger In America, emphasizes her gratitude for the farm that helps to feed her family and introduces the digital meal she has whipped up to help those who are hungry.
