FFA Officers Share Their Passion for Ag at Bayer
Bayer was honored to host three FFA officers at its Crop Science headquarters in Research Triangle Park, NC on Monday, May 16. Abbey Gretsch and Sarah Draper from the National Officer team, and Katie Honeycutt from the North Carolina Officer Team, came to learn more about Bayer and share with employees what they are most passionate about: agriculture.

Bayer Employees and FFA alums greeted the officers upon their arrival and posed for a quick photo.
CEO and President Jim Blome poses with the officers holding his Honorary American FFA Degree.
Employees were invited to hear what the officers had to say about AgVocacy, education, and the next generation of ag leaders during an open Q&A discussion.
Following the Q&A session, the officers took a trip to the Bayer Bee Care Center to get up close and personal with honey bee research.
We also gave the officers control of the Bayer Instagram account during their visit. Take a look at some of the photos they shared.
To learn a bit more about each young professional, read their bios on the National FFA Organization website, and the North Carolina FFA Association website.
