"Let us think of education as the means of developing our greatest abilities, because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for our nation."

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the United States

Our Future Begins With Education

Crop Science, a division of Bayer has a strong commitment to developing future leaders and improving science literacy across America.  We believe that if our young people understand and are excited by science, that they will be better equipped to tackle the world’s greatest challenges, create innovative solutions and pave the way for the future of farming.

Our support for education spans age, geography, ethnicity, and gender and strives to encourage passion for science, agriculture and innovation and inspire learning from kindergarten all the way through university and post-graduate studies. Some of the primary programs we support include: Making Science Make Sense®, National FFA, the Bayer Graduate Recruitment and Development program, the Bayer Commercial Excellence Leadership Program, numerous land grant universities and hands-on internship programs.
