Linda U. Feuss has been the head of Law, Patents & Compliance for Crop Science, a Division of Bayer since Oct. 3, 2011. In this role she serves as Vice President and General Counsel on the Crop Science North American Leadership Team. She also serves as a board member of BAYPAC and chairs the Bayer Corp. Data Privacy Governance Committee. She is a member of the Bayer Corp. Risk Committee and the US Law, Patents & Compliance management team. She reports to the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Bayer Corp., Lars Benecke.
Over the course of Linda’s career, she has held various senior legal positions including serving in Vice President and General Counsel roles at such respected companies as C.H. Robinson Worldwide, The Pillsbury Company and Siemens Corporation. She has also been a corporate business law counselor and mediator in her own firm based in Minnesota.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Emory University. She is based in BCS’s U.S. headquarters office at Research Triangle Park, and serves as a board member at the Durham Museum of Life and Science.
