PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Workers, loaders, applicators and other handlers involved in on-farm treatment must wear:

Long pants
Long-sleeved shirt
Socks and shoes
Chemical resistant gloves made of: barrier laminate, butyl rubber >= 14 mils, nitrile rubber >= 14 mils, neoprene rubber >= 14 mils, pvc >= 14 mils, or viton >= 14 mils.
In addition to the above PPE for on farm treatment, workers involved in bagging, sewing, or stacking bags of treated seed or when transferring seed to a storage bin, must wear: a filtering face piece NIOSH approved respirator (TC-84A) with any N, R, or P filter.

Workers, loaders, baggers, applicators and other handlers involved in commercial seed treatment facilities must wear:

Long pants
