When can I redeem my rewards?
From May 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021, qualifying growers who have met or exceeded the $1,500 threshold can redeem 50% of their rewards.
From November 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022, growers with an available rewards balance (from the 2021 program) will be able to redeem 100% of their rewards.
From July 1, 2022 through October 31, 2022, qualifying growers who have met or exceeded the $1,500 threshold can redeem 50% of their rewards.
From November 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023, growers with an available rewards balance (from the 2021 program) will be able to redeem 100% of their rewards.
From November 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023, you have the option to redeem an additional 10% by sending all or a portion of your redemption check to your retailer with the Loyalty Rewards feature.

What do I need to do to qualify for redemption?
To qualify for redemption, your rewards balance must be at least $1,500 for Bayer PLUS Rewards, $500 for Bayer PLUS Potato, or $500 for Bayer PLUS Southern Fruit and Vegetable.
Do 2022 purchases count toward my 2021 rewards?
No, purchases made between September 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022 count solely toward the 2022 program.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Follow these three easy steps to redeem:
- Login to the Bayer PLUS Grower Portal
- Click on Redeem Cash in the left menu
- Follow on-screen prompts to enter redemption amount and recipient information before submitting your request.
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email as well as the redemption receipt.

Are there any other ways my rewards can be used?
How you use your rewards is totally up to you! When you redeem through the ‘Request Check’ function within the grower portal, you can have the check sent directly to you, your retailer, a deserving family member/friend or even the charity of your choice (Recipient/organization must be in the U.S.).
How long will it take for my check to arrive after redeeming?
Your check will arrive within two weeks after redemption.
What if I don't see my purchases and rewards?
If you don’t see your purchases or rewards or if you think the information within your portal view is incorrect, don’t hesitate to Contact Support. If you prefer, you can also contact your retailer who should be able to help you look into it.
Do note, 2022 rewards will not appear in your portal view until July 1, 2022.
