When can I redeem my rewards?
From November 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021, growers with an available rewards balance (from the 2020 program) will be able to redeem 100% of their rewards.
Growers who redeemed 50% of their rewards during the early redemption period will be able to redeem the remaining 50% of their 2020 rewards.
From May 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021, qualifying growers who have met or exceeded the $1,500 threshold, can redeem 50% of their rewards.
From November 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022, growers with an available rewards balance (from the 2021 program) will be able to redeem 100% of their rewards.
What do I need to do to qualify for redemption?
You must have $1500 in Bayer rewards to request redemption, with a minimum amount of $500 per check.
Do 2021 purchases count towards my 2020 rewards?
No, purchases made on or after September 1, 2020 count solely towards the 2021 program.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Follow these three easy steps to redeem:
- Login to the Bayer PLUS Grower Portal
- Click on Redeem Cash in the left menu
- Follow on-screen prompts to enter redemption amount and recipient information before submitting your request.
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email as well as the redemption receipt.

Are there any other ways my rewards can be used?
How you use your rewards is totally up to you! When you redeem through the ‘Request Check’ function within the grower portal, you can have the check sent directly to you, your retailer, a deserving family member/friend or even the charity of your choice (Recipient/organization must be in the U.S.).
How long will it take for my check to arrive after redeeming?
Your check will arrive within two weeks after redemption.
What if I don't see my purchases and rewards?
If you don’t see your purchases or rewards or if you think the information within your portal view is incorrect, don’t hesitate to Contact Support. If you prefer, you can also contact your retailer who should be able to help you look into it.
Do note, 2021 purchases (those made on or after September 1, 2020) will not appear in your portal view until May 1, 2021.
