In the next 14 days, temperatures will be above average south of I-85 and northeast Tennessee, with near normal conditions elsewhere. Above average precipitation is predicted for the south.

Risk of frogeye leaf spot is low to moderate for most of the south.
Next two-week risk interpretation
In the next two weeks, conditions are moderately favorable for frogeye leaf spot in most soybean production areas. Areas in yellow, scout susceptible cultivars that have yet to reach R5, especially fields with a history of FLS. Consider a fungicide application if the lesions are on, or approaching, the upper canopy. Areas in orange, consider a fungicide application on susceptible varieties if the field has yet to reach the R5 stage.
