Product Information

Movento® insecticide is a revolutionary tool to suppress nematodes. It’s the only foliar application with downward movement that moves from the leaves to the roots to provide long-lasting, reliable, allover protection of tree parts above and below the ground. The result is improved root health and higher yields.

Active by ingestion, Movento has shown excellent results against immature stages of insects. For best results, Movento must be tankmixed with a spray adjuvant having spreading and penetrating properties.

Key Benefits

  • Increased Tree Vigor – Post-harvest applications result in stronger trees the following year.
  • Suppression of Nematodes – Including root-knot, ring, lesion, citrus and dagger species.
  • Two-way Movement up and down within the plant to provide excellent pest control in dense crop canopies and plant roots.
  • High Residual Efficacy – Offers long-lasting protection of new foliage and roots against pests.
  • Integrated Pest Management – Provides minimal risk to natural predators when used as directed.
  • Unique Chemistry – Movento has a unique mode of action that becomes active when ingested by insect, mite and nematode pests that feed on treated plants.
  • Optimum Rotational Partner – Luna Sensation® and Luna Experience® are fungicide options that are highly effective in controlling Botryosphaeria fungi in walnuts and pistachios, while Movento® insecticide provides effective control of scale and other major insects and mite pests to prevent tree damage that can worsen Bot infection. » more
